Sr. Manager, Product Design
Lead product design for critical infrastructure software across agentic governance, cloud networking, security, SASE, and Cisco-wide design patterns. I manage six designers and have led or mentored more than 15 across five years at Cisco and Meraki, influencing Cisco's central platform and networking portfolio across seven-plus teams and nearly every Meraki product area. I set direction through strategy and critique, coach designers into broader ownership, and build the team's fluency in technology, domain knowledge, and AI-enabled product development.
